Seasonal tickling

Any kind of holiday brings an element of joy to people's lives. OK sure, these religious holidays have become commericialised and all, but there's other things in life to worry about. After you, you are giving, aren't you? So I'm giving out this little collection of hoilday toons, tickling or not, for you to see. They also include tributes to other artists, as well as the latest CG stuff. All kinds of festive shenanigans can be found right here.

It's a Monkey Idiot Peanuts Christmas Due to several crappy reasons involving problematic PCs and scanners, I couldn't get any Christmas pics done for a couple of years. However, I broke that duck again with this little picture containing resident band The Monkey Idiot Peanuts and friends. The Chimp plays Chris Cringle, his other bandmates Rocky and Lendo play reindeer while Minky plays a cute little Rudolph, Robi and Ana-Lea play Santa's little helpers, and Goldenboy is an elf. And as custom with Chimp pictures, they're goofing off.

Bring the Chimp to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes I've not drawn a Halloween picture which had my girls as the centrepiece... umm... ever. Time for that to change. Here, Robi, Ana-Lea and Lauren are dressed up as sexy witches, happily stirring a boiling cauldron full of... green stuff? And look, here's a small Chimp swimming and getting boiled in the green stuff while shouting a Carry On Screaming reference. For authenticity, I made bubbles for the first time, as well as using steam effects with help from the smudge tool.
