The Barefoot Feminists name is what the girls do when they are working on their own. However, they also work for megalomaniac Dr. Wolfgang Darang as the Foot Soldierettes of Feather. Needless to say, he is the only man they work for, because they didn't have a choice. While trying to ambush and extort from Darang, he strategically picked every single one of them off using his inventions and stealth. Their work with him is similiar to their Barefoot Feminists work, only they're henchwomen obeying his orders. It's been documented that while the Barefoot Feminists are very effective and merciless ticklers, they happen to be very ticklish themselves. This is the reason why they worked for Darang (he had them tickle tortured after their failed ambush), and resenting the Chimp too (he had a skirmish with a few of them and left them tied and tickled) and he is the reason why they get distracted from their campaign. Hence, they usually target the Chimp's female friends all the time, either as revenge against the Chimp or part of Darang's orders.

The sultry Italian leader of the Barefoot Feminists. Teresa is not as cold-hearted as many may think, but her headstrong personality and somewhat abrasive nature makes her the natural leader of the Barefoot Feminists. Teresa formed the group in her early 20s after a series of bad experiences with men who have used her. That said, she's only dated millionaires, playboys and suchlike who would do as such, and never dated any men who look for a serious relationship. Needless to say, it gives Teresa an "unfortunate" reputation as a scheming gold-digger.

It can be said that this tall, cheerful Aussie girl is a bit out of place in this group. A beach goer who enjoys surfing, Wendy isn't filled with any hatred, nor is she cold and calculating like her colleagues. She is in fact a pleasant girl who doesn't hate men. Wendy's only in the group because she's been Teresa's best friend for a long time, and is doing her favour by helping her friend. Wendy also enjoys tickling others, because she enjoyed the frequent tickle fights she had with Teresa. Wendy however secretly has a boyfriend: Which is disallowed in the group.

Out of all of the Barefoot Feminists, Ania is the equivalent of a short straw when one is chosen to tickle a helpless victim. Cold, calculating and notorious in her actions, she has an unflappable foot fetish who enjoys foot tickling, toe sucking, sole licking and suchlike so much, it arouses her. Ania isn't afraid to use her tongue in other places either. In turn, she hopes that it turns her victim on too. Ania is only interested in females, as she's a strict lesbian and a profound man-hater. She'd rather beat up any man senseless rathen than tickle or be involved with one.

Another cold-hearted member of the Barefoot Feminists, Xiau-Li is considerably sadistic to the core, and generally despised by most people she's crossed. Reported to be a very skilled martial artist and rather brutal tickler, Xiau-Li is sort of a physical enforcer of the group, despite her average size and not being as strong. The bisexual Chinese babe frequently accuses men of raping her when she seduces them, only to beat them up and report falsified claims about them afterward. She prefers women though, so it turns her on when she tickles one sadistically.

The token All-American teenage girl in the Barefoot Feminists. Blonde, doe blue-eyed, sparkling teeth, good body, shallow, and has a rather ruthless and bitchy personality: Pretty much the stereotypical pseudo-prom queen cheerleader type. Her ambition at the moment is to be the token wife of a handsome, intellectually-challenged millionaire (Bethany goes for "himbo" heir types), hoping to con him out of every penny. Funnily enough, she admires leader Teresa a lot, due to their similar ambitions in life, and Bethany is very popular with her colleagues.

A mistress in the business of espionage, Stephanie was assigned by British Intelligence to find out about the Barefoot Feminists in the hopes of disbanding them. After being caught and interrogated by the group themselves, as well as discovering their purpose, Stephanie turned her back against her now-former employees, and is now a truly loyal member of the militant group. She now uses her spying skills in their favour, whether it comes to finding data with Ishii, or interrogating a poor victim to within every inch of her life for information and anything else.

Francisca is the eldest member of the Barefoot Feminists being over 30, though it isn't exactly a senior age. Another friend of Teresa's when they worked in the same job, she called up Francisca if she could join up with the group soon after they were made redundant. The Spaniard is very polite and affable, but she happens to be an excellent flirt, and has the sexual experience that the others seem to learn from, because she's capable of arousing anyone through tickling them. Unlike most of her colleagues, Francisca has no qualms with romancing and tickling men.

Dalipa is the main benefactor of the Barefoot Feminists. A rather shrewd, incredibly stuck-up but clever businesswoman working in the industrial sector, she was convinced by good friend Xiau-Li to join the group. Seeing the big potential in the Barefoot Feminists, she funds them while she still being CEO of her company. Dalipa has used her tickle interrogation skills to great effect when trying to "seal the deal" or when working as part of the Barefoot Feminists' campaign. In addition, she is their "minister or propoganda": Spreading the "good word" about them.

One of the youngest members of the Barefoot Feminists, and the smallest. Ishii may lack in stature, but she makes up athletic ability, toughness and intelligence. A decent fighter, Ishii uses her speed and size to be elusive, so she's sometimes assigned with Stephanie to collect info and steal for the group. Ishii studied electrics and mechanics, so she's mainly responsible for gadget maintinence and constructing. Ishii is lesbian, but unlike Ania and Claudia, she doesn't really hate men, but will resort to violence against them should the need arise.

Buff, athletic and strong, Claudia is the main muscle of the Barefoot Feminists. Using her strength to good use in overpowering potential tickle victims, she's the power enforcer of the group as opposed to Xiau-Li's speed and grace. She is more a "masculine" lesbian because of her look and mannerisms, but she still has feminine qualities, as she's still attractive to men. Of course, the thought of men repulses her greatly, often recalling Valerie Solanas's quotes of them being "defects", and wanting to rid of any men by attacking them without provocation.
